PURCHASING OUR ITEMS 

To purchase any of our items, simply send us an email telling us what item or items you want to order and the quantity of each item.  We will respond to your request as soon as possible with a total, including shipping charges, then you can mail your payment.

Payment may be made by personal check or post office money order only.  Please make your check or money order payable to 'DOCF' and your item will be shipped within 7-10 days of the receipt of your payment.

Note that the most cost-effective form of shipment will be utilitzed; if you have a preference of shipping (i.e., priority 2-3 day), please specify in your email so that we may add the appropriate shipping charges to your order total.



OTHER AWARENESS ITEMS 

For a modest donation, other awareness items are available in a limited quantity for distribution to friends, co-workers, family, etc.  We prefer that these items be picked-up (if you are local); otherwise, shipping charges will apply.

Items available include DOCF ovarian cancer informational brochures containing a variety of important and useful information about DOCF and ovarian cancer; DOCF ink pens, imprinted with DOCF contact information (blue ink); DOCF refrigerator magnets listing ovarian cancer symptoms and DOCF contact information; and lip balms imprinted with the DOCF logo.
