Thanks to everyone who attended and supported the DOCF Wine Tasting event on April 21 at Deerfield Fine Wines in Newark, DE. This event raised $2,429 for the DOCF Cancer Research Initiative at the H.F. Graham Cancer Center & Research Institute (HFGCC&RI).
Those who attended enjoyed the wine tasting and light refreshments, as well as exploring the huge selection of fine wines (and spirits) at Deerfield Fine Wines.
Thanks to Dianne Perez for her efforts in selling the most raffle tickets for the auction items. Congrats, also, to those winners of the auction items drawings.
DOCF extends special appreciation to Dr. Nicholas Petrelli for attending and giving impromptu remarks about the ovarian cancer research underway at the HFGCC&RI in conjunction with the Wistar Cancer Institute (UPenn).
